How to Count Cards

Before we start, counting cards is
not just about knowing what card is next, but about
understanding what kinds of cards are left in deck. It is not
like a movie Rainman, it will not help you unless you are
playing at the real casinos, and not online ones.
It is well known that the
Blackjack is game, which gives all the players real advantage to
win some money. In order to win over long-run, you have to
develop optimal strategy. Counting cards ca help you, if it is
done in a right way. Here is basic premise and small cards help
dealer, and big cards will help you. Whenever we count cards, we
would like to know if deck contains small cards or else big
cards.
As card counting is a part of optimal strategy, let us go over couple of tips.
When you have 11, it is normally
good idea to double down and unless dealer is showing 10, then
it is your call. Never split anything above 8 and ideally, you
will not split anything however Aces and 8's. Think about that
and there is no reason to split ten as you have twenty and
splitting 4's gives you 2 potentially poor losing hands.
Card counting is not very hard and
all you are doing is just assigning number to every card that
you see. Whenever you see any card, you will subtract 1,
subtract 2, add 2, add 1 and do nothing. The card counting
strategies differ somewhat, however they all use running count
and you start at zero when deck or else shoe is new & go from
there.
In an more advanced versions, you
will get more mathematical by figuring what percentage of deck
and shoe is left as well as figuring that number in count.
Whereas it gives you more accurate picture, and it is very hard
for the novices, thus ignore that for now.
